Permit and SWMP

The Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permits are issued to cover a large number of facilities with similar discharges. These MS4s are covered by the General Permit for Discharges from small MS4s, originally issued December 9, 2002.

For full details of the Utah MS4 permit, read the most recent version of the General Permit

As a designated MS4, Park City is responsible for managing stormwater within the city limits. The Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) is a living document which can and will change as we move through the process of meeting the permit requirements.

Please provide any comments regarding the Park City Stormwater Management Plan. Comments can be sent to stormwater@parkcity.org.
